One of the perks of having my dark metal radio show on a Thursday night is that we get so much music sent to us both at Moshville Times and Moshville Radio and subsequently you discover so many quality underground bands. One of those bands were Connecticut based death/doom metal masters Fires in the Distance, who if you have been listening to my show, I have played constantly for the last two months.

The band have a new album entitled Air Not Meant For Us released through Prosthetic Records on April 28th. I was honoured that they agreed to have an interview with me and I urge you all to watch out for this band. I caught up with guitarist/main songwriter Yegor and drummer Jordan to talk about the recording of said album, their writing process and plans for the band in the future.
Air is not meant for Us to be released April 28th
